VisionCRM Keeping Agencies Relevant

August 17th, 2011 Jake Gabel

Some might say the insurance industry has made huge technological strides despite significant challenges. True, while banks and investment companies have figured out ways to open online accounts, collect relevant data, transfer money and offer multiple types of services, they don’t have to address issues such as multipart insurance policies, claim filing, temporary coverage needs and endorsements that add layers of complexity to the insurance process. There is no doubt that insurance issuance has complexities that other financial products do not.

The last few years have shown a dramatic increase in the number of web-based insurance transactions. Agents are already competing against online insurance products available for their customers including property, liability, auto, umbrella and workers’ comp. As customers push for change, those agencies that respond to their customers’ technological demands will enjoy dramatic growth. Agencies that resist change may be on their way to becoming less relevant.

VisionCRM plays an important part in the agency environment by providing all team members with one platform to automate and reduce some of the complexity found in the insurance industry.  Vision will also help all agencies meet the increased technological demand of their customers and prospects using the customizable marketing campaigns that include many automated touches.  One platform for the entire team and automated marketing campaigns to keep constant communication giong with prospects and customers are just two of many benefits Vision will provide.

Why Agency Management Software Provides a Value

July 26th, 2011 Jake Gabel

In our current business environment, nearly every employee, regardless of age, has a heightened level of comfort with technology. While young people joining the agency may be more technologically savvy, most all of today’s users are more than technologically efficient. That is truly all that is needed to take advantage of Agency Management Systems. Agency management systems of today carry as much power in their middle name — management — as in either of the others.

VisionCRM’s is an Agency Management System that has been designed by insurance agents for the insurance industry and includes all of the following management systems;

• Prospect/Client
• List
• Task
• Marketing

Along with Sales and Bonus plans for team members and a detailed Analyzer that allows the agent to drill into almost every aspect of their business. There is a tool in VisionCRM for every type of user that will help save time and close more policies while the customization of VisionCRM allows the user to enhance their current processes versus forcing the tools processes on the user making Vision even easier to learn than most Management tools. Like any tool when used it can be extremely powerful and VisionCRM is one of those tools that creates additional opportunities and instantaneous ROI.

The Power of VisionCRM 2: Vision List Manager

June 13th, 2011 Jake Gabel

There are many different marketing sources available for Insurance agencies to use for growth. Marketing lists from various providers can prove to be one of the best marketing sources for the amount of money spent. As a licensed insurance agent, I have worked my fair share of lists and have concluded in there rawest form, lists become somewhat frustrating. When I provided these lists to any team member, other than the most confident producers, they became quite overwhelming. Many people are uncomfortable making cold calls. After a certain amount of wrong numbers dialed agents become hesitant to continue making calls. Wouldn’t it be great if you there was a way to take all of those old lists sitting around on your computer, in filing cabinets and drawers, around the office and organize them?
VisionCRM and the List Manger tool within it are all an agency needs to maximize any lists’ potential. It guides the user through the best practices needed to take a lead from cold to sold; whether it’s an existing or new list. Three easy steps:

1. Upload the list
2. Re-organize the list
3. Convert to the Call List view

Using this process you can easily remove all of the prospects with incorrect contact information, create a final list with only the highest quality prospects and ensure that you or your team member are maximizing the quality of the list and time spent making outgoing calls. VisionCRM’s List Manager also makes it easy to create new high quality call lists or add individual quality prospects to already existing lists. Overall the Vision List Manager is one of many great agency tools that helps produce more sales in less time!!!!

The Power of VisionCRM 1: Marketing Plans

May 18th, 2011 Jake Gabel

No matter the line of business; auto, property, life, etc… your agency is currently focusing on, VisionCRM has multiple customizable marketing plans to maximize both sales and retention in your agency. Whether you need a marketing plan for the ever demanding Internet lead, walk in or the new client, VisionCRM provides your agency with one tool that will apply best practices to all.

Remember VisionCRM is focused on the Insurance Industries needs and is equipped with marketing plan technology. As a licensed insurance agent, I have found that one of the most important times to make contact with clients as well as prospects is right before their policy renewal. With VisionCRM’s Xdate marketing plan technology make more sales and help ensure you touch base with your clients before another agency does. I know agents that have far surpassed their VisionCRM subscription cost by just using the Xdate feature and you can too.

If you’re not already convinced about the power of VisionCRM and the marketing plan technology, within it another benefit I have seen is the help it provides getting new hires producing. Good team members come and unfortunately go. VisionCRM provides your agencies new hires with the direction and prospects they will need to start off strong and continue to produce. So VisionCRM and its marketing plan technology will help your agency make more sales, retain your current book of business and reduce the cost and time it takes to get your new team members producing. Now that’s the Power of Vision.

Next time we will look into how VisionCRM can help you agency with the multiple files and excel documents laying around your offices.

Why Vision CRM is the Right Choice for your Business

April 11th, 2011 Caitlin Robirds

Customer relationship management (CRM) is a widely-implemented strategy for managing a company’s interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects. Vision CRM involves using technology to organize, automate, and synchronize business processes—principally sales activities, but also those for marketing, customer service and technical support. The overall goals are to find, attract, and win new clients, nurture and retain those the company already has, entice former clients back, and reduce the costs of marketing and client service. Vision CRM is fully customizable, therefore Imprezzio can tailor the software to meet and exceed the needs of each individual business or client.

The use of Vision CRM will confer several advantages to your company:

  • Quality and efficiency
  • Decrease in overall costs
  • Decision support
  • Enterprise agility
  • Customer Attention

Vision CRM also enables the enterprise to identify and target potential clients and generate leads for the sales team. A key marketing capability is tracking and measuring multichannel campaigns, including email, search, social media, telephone and direct mail. Metrics monitored include clicks, responses, leads, deals, and revenue. Recognizing that service is an important factor in attracting and retaining customers, organizations are increasingly turning to technology to help them improve their clients’ experience while aiming to increase efficiency and minimize costs. Even so, a 2009 study revealed that only 39% of corporate executives believe their employees have the right tools and authority to solve client problems.

The Beauty in Simplicity

August 24th, 2010 Caitlin Robirds

Design Fundamentals
One of the fundamental design principles we used in making VisionCRM was to keep things simple. We chose to deliver a few features that work really well and more importantly, that our customers will actually use. Careful consideration went into designing the simplicity of the screens and feature set. As Einstein put it “Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler.”

We’ve avoided bloated features that require maintenance and configuration work by our users. Delivering a bunch of complex stuff that people won’t use does little to enhance their opportunity for new engagements with customers. As sales guru Jeffery Gitomer says, “Salesman aren’t feeding their CRM systems”

Why it Works
Many years of research have proven that the systems and tools for personal productivity that have the greatest value are relatively simple. Too many lines and boxes on organizing forms, for instance, are not only unnecessary — they create more pressure than they relieve. If you have to think too much every time you engage with a tool, then it isn’t serving you well.

One aspect that a successful, growing business needs to improve on is in closing key time gaps. In thinking about this, one consideration is how can a business do this simply so that it can grow faster? If you can achieve all of your goals with a spiral ring notebook, then you should use a spiral ring notebook! Why is CRM better? Our simple simple design offers you the quick responsiveness of the spiral ring notebook with the essential lead, prospect and tasks management tools to help your business grow.
